原因已找到是安装了腾讯桌面整理软件发生了冲突，即使卸载了也没用，重新安装系统才可以；具体什么原因没去排查，有类似需要桌面管理的可用Coodesker-x64_1.0 酷呆桌面整理替代

不是这个位置么（Siemens\NX2312\UGII\templates）？ 之前版本更改都起到作用了的（NX2306\LOCALIZATION\prc\simpl_chinese\startup）。
