解决了，戴尔电脑官方工程师远程给我重新把WIN10系统激活了一下就好了。
没有重装UG软件和重装系统。
UG无法导出CAD文件和IGS文件了怎么办？
WIN10系统安装NX11.0无法导出DWG\DXF文件，也无法导出IGS文件，但是可以导出STP文件，怎么回事？
