问题原因：
这个问题简单，原因是在你安装NX10.0时，电脑上已经有安装NX许可服务程序了。
解决方案：
在系统控制面板—程序，将之前安装过的NX许可证程序-右键-卸载，如下所示：
开始菜单—控制面板—程序—卸载—Siemens PLM License Server，重启电脑。
扩展说明：
安装许可证程序这个界面不显示中文是正常的，这个界面有时就显示英文的，不影响结果，只是安装这个页面是英文，不影响最终软件。
